Payments

What payments are due at my appointment?

Ideal Option requires co-pay payment at every visit. We strongly encourage patients to pay their balances (from deductibles and coinsurance) as soon as they are incurred.

If you have a balance (e.g., from a deductible or coinsurance), you can pay in several ways: 

Online: 

  • Use the link in your emailed or texted statement, or visit https://healowpay.com. Log in using your statement code or your personal information; you’ll verify your identity with a code sent to your phone. 

By Phone: 

  • Call our Patient Financial Advocate team at 877-522-1275.

At an Ideal Option Clinic: 

  • Pay at the front desk during your appointment.    

Yes, Ideal Option offers payment plans for patients with a balance due of $250 or more.

To set up a payment plan:

  1. Visit healowpay.com, referenced on your monthly statement
  2. Select Personal Info, enter your information, and click Submit
  3. If your bill is greater an $250, you will see an option to Click Here on the home screen
  4. On the next screen, select Setup payment plan and the desired term option based on
    your balance due

If you do not have insurance or if your insurance does not cover addiction medicine services as an in-network benefit, we can sign you up for our Subscription program so you can pay out of pocket. If you are interested in signing up for the Subscription program, please call us at 877.522.1275, and ask to speak with a financial counselor.
