No. We never have wait lists. Most new patients can be seen within 24 hours or even on the same day depending on your clinic's hours of operation. 

During the first appointment we gather a comprehensive history, perform a physical examination, and test a urine sample to see what substances are in your system so we can tailor your treatment plan. Depending on your substance use history, you may be issued a prescription and your second appointment scheduled. While each patient is unique, the average length of the first appointment is about 1 hour.

Yes, we welcome your loved ones and supporters to accompany you to your Ideal Option appointment. 

No, we don't require referrals for you to start treatment with us. 

We encourage and welcome your return to Ideal Option. If it's been more than 6 weeks since your last appointment, you will start over as a new patient.
