How can I get access to my medical records?

Ideal Option provides our patients with a convenient, secure online portal through Healow. Using Healow, you can access medical records, lab results, appointments, payments, and visit summaries.

Here's how to get started:

  1. Download the Healow app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Enter practice code DJHFAD
  3. Enter your name, date of birth, and create a PIN

Note: You must have an email address on file with Ideal Option in order to access the portal. You can add your email using the kiosk in the clinic at your next visit or contact us to provide your email. 

You can also call 1.877.522.1275 to speak to our medical records team. They will ask you complete a release of information (ROI) form and then work with you to receive your records and/or send them to other providers. 

In April 2024, changes were made to consent requirements aimed at modernizing and improving information sharing while safeguarding confidentiality. Patients can now review and provide a one-time general consent for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations (TPO) on our clinic kiosks during check-in. Ideal Option’s Compliance team is happy to answer any questions regarding this change. Please don’t hesitate to give us a call at 877-522-1275.

Yes. We adhere to strict HIPAA guidelines and 42CFR Part 2, a federal regulation governing confidentiality of substance use disorder (SUD) patient records.
